Well, it's basically a onesie with ears and a tail. BUT! AND A BIG BUT HERE! (Ehehehehehe) I want you to dress your chaacter up as their Pokemon. Here's an example I got from 's tumblr as to what the outfits should look like - bechnokid.tumblr.com/post/2806… - Now, feel free to draw your character when they were human wearing the Kigurumi.
And for the other side? A onesie of your choice? A reindeer with a bow tie? A lion complete with ears, tail and head (a different kigurumi is more than acceptable here, too!) A different Pokemon? A knitted jumper pattern? Manly glittery hot pink? Whatever you want!
